5. Delivery of Services
Music Covers will deliver the requested song performance via livestream on a date and time specified during the order process or by mutual agreement. While we strive to meet all scheduled performances, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, artist availability) may lead to rescheduling. We will notify you promptly of any changes.
A. Song Requests
All song requests are subject to availability and approval by the performing musician. We reserve the right to decline requests that are inappropriate, unlawful, or otherwise violate these Terms.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
A. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as promised due to an error on our part.
- The live stream performance was canceled, and rescheduling is not feasible.
Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the scheduled performance by contacting us at admin@music-covers.org.
B. Cancellations
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled performance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the performance are non-refundable. Cancellations should be requested by emailing admin@music-covers.org.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and videos, is the intellectual property of Music Covers or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without express written consent.
