Our products are digital services that involve live song performances via streaming. Because of the nature of our digital products, we do not offer returns. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any concerns.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

- Service Not Delivered: If the live-streamed performance you ordered did not take place due to a technical error, artist unavailability, or any issue caused by Music Covers.
- Incorrect or Defective Service: If the delivered performance does not match the song you requested or contains a significant defect affecting the quality of the service.
3. Conditions for Refunds
Refund requests must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the scheduled performance date.
- Proof of Issue: When submitting a refund request, please provide a clear explanation of the problem, along with any evidence (e.g., screenshots or recordings of the stream) that supports your claim.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following:
- Change of Mind: Once a song request has been confirmed and the performance has been scheduled, refunds will not be granted if you simply change your mind or no longer wish to use the service.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the scheduled performance time, no refund will be provided (see our cancellation policy in the Terms and Conditions).
- Personal Preferences: Refunds will not be given based on subjective preferences regarding the quality or style of the musician’s performance unless a clear defect is identified.
